Gear Review 2: Ona Camps Bay Camera Bag

June 21, 2016

Stare.  This is normally what people do when they see this bag out in the wild.  The ONA Camps Bay Camera is fashionable, sexy, sleek, and eye catching.  I’ve received countless compliments from photographers, models, and anyone who has a taste for fashion.

The ONA Camps Bay bag is not only fashionable but it is also functional.  It is great for making appearances at classy photo shoots such as a film festival, corporate event, or art show.  I’m able to carry my Nikon D810 DSLR, 50mm, 24-70mm, 70-200mm, 15″ Macbook Pro Retina, accessories and snacks!  The bag does get heavy on the back so it’s not really the best option for long hikes.  This can be a positive as it can encourage photographers to pack only the essentials for the shoot.  On each side of the bag are a set of pouches, great for quickly throwing your keys or cell phone into.

DRAGON RATING: 9/10

The ONA Camps Bay bag is my go to choice when looking good as a photographer is important.  It draws so much attention whenever I arrive at a shoot.  It encourages you to pack smart as it does get quite heavy on the shoulders.  Another great feature is the fact that it doesn’t look like a traditional camera bag, which in turn won’t draw attention to would be thieves.  Expect excellent longevity with the ONA bag as the build quality is top notch with it’s canvas material and high quality zippers.  The dragon recommends this bag.
